Hey Steve, thanks for posting this. You are ofcourse right-on, proving what I’ve said for years…it takes a ‘head to get ahead…

The patients of Washington can ALL go register as Cannabis Ministers with the ULC, and their state governments. What if everyone who used Cannabis started their own individual ministry? The govt can use regulations and laws to disallow a group “church,” but they can’t legally tell individuals what to think or what to believe.

What I’ve been trying to do with my ministry, the California Cannabis Ministry, is to help people to recognize their personal, individual, connection to “The Great YouNameIt” through active thanksgiving for the harvest of the world’s most useful and healing, nutritious and globally distributed “green herb.”

Right on Joan. Thank you for reporting on Roger’s situation, and the real reasons he’s being illegally abused.

Attorneys are officers of the court. Attorneys are immersed in the economics of punishment. Attorneys, judges and prosecutors are not financially objective. There may be one or two who will go to the wall for their clients, but if you want to stay out of jail, then be prepared to defend yourself.

If the judge doesn’t like an attorney’s argument, the attorney can lose his license to practice. You will never get an attorney to point out to the court that Cannabis agriculture is the first test of religious freedom. It would short-circuit the judge into legal impotence.

The power of the truth is greater than we can comprehend, but it doesn’t mean that you always have the opportunity to speak it.

About NORML… It’s never seemed to me like they really want prohibition to end.

This is a perfect example of how the Obama administration, and Federally funded local law enforcement are violating states’ rights….regardless of their public statements. For those of you in the movement in Hawaii who want to help Roger, please contact me.

We will not solve this through any of the “national” organizations. They simply want to collect money to support their own salaries…and do nothing to help those of us who are trying to actually help patients and get positive patient legislation passed on a local level.

Hawaii was my home for ten years. It will always be home to me. There are C&K songs that still make me cry and miss the islands. I would like to do whatever I can to help Roger…and the patients in Hawaii. Please let me know what the patients of Washington State can do to help our brothers and sisters in Hawaii.

Roger, like my good friend Eddy Lepp, are political prisoners. We need to free them.

this is the biggest offence of the constitutional law of my life time roger is a kind and just person and he is inosenct untill proven guilty let the man go free him of the dirty hand big oil has held this man because he has the awnser and he is the passing a sacerment . this is a church issue and a human rights issue feel the power of jah rasta we are watching we are one and we will over come.
